Assalam-O-Alaikum,
I am final year student of B.Sc Telecommunication from U.E.T. I am working on project of making CDR's (Call data Recorder) of SS7 over IP (SIGTRAN). I was finding a free simulator on internet but unable to find one. So now i have started a programming approach to fetch data from the traffic and find source and destination addresses from the SCTP packets. I need help in steps required in programming and algorithmic approach to do so. If anybody have simulator then it will be a great favor for me.
Kindly help me in that respect so that i can complete my project in time.

Hi Danish,
You can import data from database like MS SQL to Excel, but I am not sure the other way round.
For, linking for import operation you define, database connection in "DATA" tab, and a sort of wizard guides you to import any table of that database to excel sheet.

Foreign Funded Scholarship
SRI LANKAN GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS FOR UNDERGRADUATE / POST GRADUATE
STUDENTS
Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani students to study at
undergraduate or postgraduate levels in Sri Lankan Universities.
FIELD OF STUDIES
� Scholarships are open for all courses of studies other than
Medical & Dental Sciences.
� Places are limited for Engineering Sciences.
� Candidates can request for more courses indicating their
preferences as places are limited in some fields.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
The basic Eligibility Criteria is mentioned as under:
� Minimum 75% or above marks in SSC and HSSC.
� Throughout first Division in whole academic career.
� Candidate passed their Examinations in Supplementary Examinations
/Improvers are not eligible.
� Scholarship holder should be in good health. Scholarship holder
should submit a Medical Health Certificate issued by a Government Hospital
as per the given format
� Minimum 6.0 in IELTS/525 in TOEFL for Undergraduate Programs, and
Minimum 6.5 IELTS/ 575 in TOEFL for Postgraduate Programs).
Note: Applicants having their education in English Medium, they may submit
English Language Proficiency Certificate from their last attended
institution. However, preference will be given to those having Valid
IELTS/TOEFL.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SCHOLARSHIP
� Exempt from registration fee, tuition fee and fee for Laboratory
experiments.
� Students� visa is given free of charge.
� During the study period, a monthly allowance of Sri Lankan Rs.30,
000/. will be paid.
� One-off settlement allowance of Sri Lankan Rs. 10,000/- is given
after registration at the university.
� Cost of Air fare should be borne by the scholarship holder.
� Accommodation: It is expected that the scholarship holder will
meet the expenditure for food and accommodation with a monthly allowance of
Sri Lankan Rs.30, 000/- (The relevant university will assist in finding
accommodation)
� Medical Cover: Free of charge medical benefits will be provided
at government hospitals other than dental related diseases.
� Scholarship holder should be in good health and he/ she should
submit a Medical
� Health Certificate issued by a Government Hospital or an
accredited medical agency as per the attached format within two months
of the registration.
� No request for change of course or university will be entertained
after registration.
OTHER INFORMATION
� The scholarship holder is required to maintain a satisfactory
performance of his/her studies until graduation and if not, scholarship can
be terminated before the completion of the full period.
� In case the scholarship holder cannot complete the course during
the prescribed period due to reasons of health or other unavoidable
circumstances, considerations will be given to extend the scholarship by
a maximum of one year on the recommendation of the University.
� The rules and regulations imposed by each university for the
university students will also apply to the scholarship holders.

Important Instructions
- COMPLIANCE TO SELECTION CRITERIA DOES NOT GUARANTEE SHORT LISTING. IF A
LARGE NUMBER OF APPLICANTS MEET SELECTION CRITERIA, ONLY THE MOST QUALIFIED
WILL BE SHORT LISTED.
- Engineers should be Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Only the Certificates / Degrees / Diplomas issued by recognized Pakistani
and Foreign Institutions / Universities will be accepted. Where the
prescribed qualification is First Class in the Final Degree, only one
Second Class in the entire academic career from Matric onwards will be
acceptable for eligibility.
- Minimum age should be 18 Years and Maximum age limit is 35 years.
- All qualifications should only be from well reputed Board / Universities
& Institutions.
- APPOINTMENT WILL BE OFFERED ON CONTRACT / CONSULTANCY /REGULAR BASIS.
- GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES SHOULD APPLY THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL AFTER APPLYING
ONLINE.
- TEST/INTERVIEW WOULD BE CONDUCTED ONLY AT PLACE GIVEN AGAINST EACH POST.
REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF TEST/INTERVIEW CENTER WOULD NOT BE ENTERTAINED. NO
TA/DA WILL BE GRANTED.
- Candidates holding substantial experience in the respective field will be
preferred.
- HIGHER STARTING SALARY IS POSSIBLE (IN RESPECTIVE PAY SCALES) AS
ADMISSIBLE UNDER THE RULES.
- Only short listed candidates as per merit would be called for test &
interviews.
How to Apply for Registration
- Create your account by going to Sign Up page and provide your
credentials.
- On successful login, click Update Resume link.
- Update Personal Information.
- Submit Qualifications, Certifications and Experiences Information.
- Send Resume to data bank.
- Click Active Jobs link.
- A list of all the currently advertised jobs would be displayed.
- Select one of them. Click for Detail link to see the details of your
chosen job.
- Click Apply Now button.
- Please note down Job Code and Application Serial Number.
