Dear Mahmood Qureshi I am really surprised that you are Lecturer in COMSATS and you dont know about the Digital Libray of COMSATS. Through University you can acess digital library freely and can download any number of paper. COMSATS digital library have link IEEE, ACM, Springer....etc etc
