Summary of Position:



Functional & System Architect of Billing & Supporting Systems



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



· Billing functional and system architecture

· System Requirement Specifications, High Level Design & Architecture

· Ensure high availability of Business & Operational Support Systems

· Ensuring best practices and standards being followed in high level design & architecture

· Lead development and delivery of new products, packages and add-ons around Billing & Support Systems

· L2/L3 support of Billing & Support Systems

· Change Management

· Quality Assurance



Required Competencies



· Motivated and a team player with good logic and understanding

· Ability to easily and quickly learn and adapt new technologies

· Ability to easily and quickly read and modify existing code

· Billing & Provisioning Architect

· Extensive knowledge of Billing, Provisioning & Business Support Systems

· Should have sound knowledge of SQL/PLSQL. Hands on experience with different DBMS like Oracle, MySql, PgSql will be a plus.

· C/C++, Java, J2EE, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Play, JBoss, Apache/Tomcat etc

· Familiar, preferably handson with latest web development frameworks



Education and/or Experience:



· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.

· At least 5-6 years' experience in relevant field
