They are even rejecting the fit people just to make money by blackmailing. U may face difficulty in passing the medical examination. But for confirmation kindly have off the record medical tests, in desi language, kacha medical kara lo :)
but usi lab sey jahan sey GAMCA ka on record medical hota hay, they will charge u half the amount, but at least u will confirm whats ur stauts.

English vocabulary,and whole engineering basic concepts,most of the test will be from ur engineering course.so revise ur engineering major courses first.overall test will be easy.
