Hi, John,
I'm pretty sure we have one, but we have to go check.
Please email me privately and I'll respond later after we confirm, if we
have one,
Barb

Connecting to modem

When I try to connect with 192.168.0.1 or the advanced/advanced I get just a message......(200 OK Connection: close Server: WindWeb/1.0 Date: WED NOV 23 05:44:02 2011 Content-Type: text/html WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="HUGHES Term)......, basically the same on both. hnFAPalert nor the PC-OPI will work. When I arrived here at my destination last Wed I set up using the PC-OPI and all worked perfect. Two days later it went out and hasn't worked since. The Internet connection is working just fine. I have rebooted and all that sort of thing. I'm at a loss as to the steps to take to get back the Basic and Advanced screens I need for setting up at the next stop. Thanks for the help. Don

Don:
The string for your browser is:
http://192.168.0.1/fs/advanced/ advanced. html
Are you putting that entire string in your browser?
Dwight

I have just determined that the problem is with the firewall. I use Vipre and they just upgraded their program a few days ago and I need to do some resetting there. I discovered this was the problem when I shut off Vipre and everything worked. Have gotten the hnfapalert and pc-opi working and will get the rest working I hope. Thanks for comment Dwight, yes that is what I use or for the basic screen http://192.168.0.1. I have icons set up to make it easy for me and then I don't make typos. Thanks, Don
