have done Masters from uk and bachelors in telecommunication engineering
its been 9 months i am applying got two interviews but couldnt make it
because they want experience person if any opportunity exists please let me

Very 1st step that we follow to fulfill the virtual requirements of complete BTS system before
sectorization/mapping, we upload the competible data files of BTS
system. The uploading of that data files into BTS memory is called
Off-line process or Off-lining (W.r.t) Alcatel BTS Evolium 9100. we do off-line process from our laptop through SUMA on BTS.

Connect44 is urgently seeking "Junior RAN Front Office Engineers" to work for Huawei in Switzerland. The job details are as follows:
Job Title Junior Alarms Engineer (FO RAN Engineer)
Location Zurich
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months Extendable
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Responsibilities:
€ ¦· 1st Point of contact for all RAN related availability problems.
€ ¦· Monitor network availability, ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are met.
€ ¦· Take ownership of network faults and planned/unplanned service interruptions, managing them through to resolution or escalating where required.
€ ¦· Ensure all faults and service interruptions are captured in the trouble ticketing systems, providing regular and accurate updates.
€ ¦· Follow all processes and procedures, identifying and informing the FODM of any improvements required.
Technical Competencies:
€ ¦· Knowledge of 2G or 3G Radio Access Networks, 1 years 1st Line 2G or 3G experience
€ ¦· Experienced with fault finding process and management platforms
€ ¦· Experience with any of the Telecom Vendor's on 2G or 3G RAN
