*JOB PURPOSE :
*To regularly monitor the performance of radio network and take immediate
corrective measures to make sure all radio related KPIs are met.

To maintain high level of competence for all aspects of radio network and
to ensure timely and high quality input to O&M organization as well as
customer.
*PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
*• Accountable for Optimization of complete Radio Access Network for both
2G / 3G / LTE
• Accountable for the Acceptance of New Site with complete Optimization
check
• Accountable for the all 2G & 3G RAN Optimization KPIs with proper
correction works within O & M Scope.
*MAIN ACTIVITIES
*Perform radio network Optimization performance activity, such as:
• Radio Optimization (up to BSC level)
• Perform all technical activities related to radio network design,
acceptance and performance improvement.
• Radio Network Statistics Handling & Analysis
• Radio recording function
• Radio Parameter and Cell Design Data
• Frequency Planning
• Traffic Dimensioning
• Field Measurements i.e. RF drive testing
• Initial system Tuning & Radio Acceptance
• Supporting and managing Drive Test activities
• Support other teams within the organisation eg Front Office , back office
and Vendors
• Produce reports in terms of contracted KPI's eg mean time to repair
• Handle plans for implementation of change request which falls under O & M
Scope
• Trouble Report Handling
• Change Request Handling
• Work Order Handling
• Produce relevant report for Network Incidences/Outages

*RECOMMENDED MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
*Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering or
equivalent.
*PERTINENT EXPERIENCE
*Have a minimum 3 years of experience as Optimization Services Engineer.
Experience on GSM radio network planning and optimization experience with
excellent computer skills. Command in the use of MapInfo, TEMS is essential.
*COMPETENCIES
*Professional/Technical Competence
• In depth knowledge of all network resources HW / SW and their
characteristics for the applicable work areas Access, Radio networks.
• Good knowledge of the network resource topology for the applicable work
areas Core, Access, Radio or service networks.
• Excellent understanding of installation practices
• Good knowledge of network implementation / integration processes.
• Good knowledge of network operations and maintenance routines
• Good knowledge of 2G RBS, Node-B, and transmission equipment
Business Competence
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic is a Plus)

I want to place another scenario here that if we assume that we take an RF antenna of 900/1800 and we connect it to the module (DRFU) and all the installation of BTS but didn't align the link then could we receive any dummy signal on mobile?

What about fresh graduates? If a person just have degree how he can get any job in any Telecom sector? Everyone demands abc experience xyz experience 5 year experience 10 years experience.... What is future of a fresh graduate or those who have degrees in Telecommunication but don't have job / relevant job.

How it is possible for fresh engineers to have a job in KSA???? I often see on group people give suggestions to freshers for getting Azaad Visa and go KSA and search job there. I don't think it is right. Because likely in PK, companies in KSA must also demand experience and reference. Is it not true?

In Pakistan there is no concept of work permit therefore everything at the end of the day comes down to purely experience. But Employment market overseas is very different.
 
If somebody have work rights in EU or US or KSA its a lot easier to get job or experience. Experience (outside Pakistan) dont matter too much because mostly on job (work related) training is provided.

How it is possible for fresh engineers to have a job in KSA???? I often see on group people give suggestions to freshers for getting Azaad Visa and go KSA and search job there. I don't think it is right. Because likely in PK, companies in KSA must also demand experience and reference. Is it not true?

this certification is not for public at this time,

there is no simulation software and dumps available yet
