I very much doubt it. I tried request for travel and almost everyone has said that the general impression here in Pakistan is that "Oh, they want to travel to have fun and free vacation".
If done correctly this is a place to network, seek opportunity to band together with others where you learn what is your target to be the one of the best.
I don't bother anymore and as a result I feel everyday inching backwards and out of competition when compared to international standard.
