€200-500/day – Switzerland*
NOC Front/Back Office Support Engineers URGENTLY required for one of the
world's leading global Telecommunications Vendor for a minimum of 12 months
with a view to extension.
The essential requirements of the position are:
- 1st and 2nd Line Support requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience.
- 3rd Line Support requires a minimum of 3 to 4 years experience.
- Multi-vendor experience – Alcatel, Ericsson, Huawei, NSN or Cisco
technologies
- Working experience of support to either fixed, wireless ran, core
network, OSS or VAS technologies.
*Essential requirements*of this role are to either hold an EU passport.

my friend the best and the top cisco, juniper and microsoft certification institution in pakistan for me is corvit becus u get one of the top and most experienced people from the abover fields there specially the name HAROOM MALIK says it all. corvit is in gulberg , it is near hussain chowk opposite to famous gift shop called shoppee , u get to either hussain chowk or get near liberty market u ll easily find corvit its very famous. there are mcitp groups almost every month so u can join any of them with the comfort of ur schadule.

*Job Title:* RAN Performance Engineer
*Functional Role:* MS BO RAN

*Overall Purpose:*
- Identify suspected deficiencies and/or problems in the access network.
- Design, Produce and present all requested reports internally and/or
externally.
- Network Performance Engineer assumes ownership of all Network
performance reports that are requested from him/her.
- He/she is also responsible to continuously improve the quality of
reporting to exceed customer's satisfaction.
*Principal Responsibilities:*
- Monitors and reports required performance of the network,
- Find NEs with performance problems and reacts on NW performance
degradation,
- Investigates and follows up performance related issues,
- carry out activities according to the Performance Management (PM) and
Fault Management (FM) processes,
- Generate & Interpret daily/weekly performance reports,
- Ensure correctness of the data to be collected,
- Ensure correctness of the formulas used in reporting,
- Ensure correctness of the reports,
- Ensure that exclusions defined in the MS contract are implemented into
reporting,
- KPI management,
- Identify the planned activities as the root cause for performance
changes,
- Identify the effect of parameters on Network Performance,
- Support network operations,
- Report problems in the Trouble Ticketing System
- Support Configuration Team and Network Roll-Out,
- Create and analyze reports for 2G & 3G RAN,
- Escalation to Fault Management process,
*Qualifications:*
Experience & Background
- Typically 5 years directly related experience,
- Strong Analytical capabilities, Ability to apply knowledge and ability
to deliver quality and results,
- Good knowledge in English,
- A team player.
In general, people who worked in a number of the following areas, can be
possible candidates:
Network Planning , Network Performance , Site Engineering , Technical
Support Services , O&M , Service Development , Service Partner Management ,
Hardware Services , Network Implementation Project Mgmt , Product
