Dumps are good for practice as well as to know the way question could come in the exams.
But first, should study the book, learn the concept & labs.

Salaam dear bro! In subcons like Myson it is not the way to send CV and wait for interview call. If you listened about interviews are in progress then you should visit the company with your CV and try your luck. It is not 100% chance that your interview will be conducted or you will be hired but kuch paane k lie kuch kohna parta hai.
