No issue if non-engineering organization needs some engineers for their small engineering departments.
I already said decision regarding sood is upto you, my responsibility is to deliver knowledge which is given to me by Allah swt. I don't agree for doing job in banking sector b/c of sood. Employers of multinational/national organization who withdraws salaries from banks they do not work for promoting sood (like bank employers do). I hope you understand. Circulating salaries of national/multinational employers from bank is our compulsion. But imagine bank employees do whole day work for promoting sood business, while national/multinational employees do whole day work for promoting their Halaal trade in market so I ask you which is better option for a Muslim? Decide yourself? Worldly life is not every thing...
My this discussion is not for degrading others but if we know something by grace of Allah swt we should tell them those who don't know... At last we have to return like our forefathers...

Secondly, Sood/Insterest is prohibited in Islam. Please save yourself from sood (any kind, commonly taken from banks (like saving certificates)). Please bro and sisters avoid banking career or insurance company career because their business totally depends on sood/interest. Please read the attached quotations of Quran and decide yourself.

Unfortunately banking is the (only and only sector) in Pakistan, which is currently getting maximum foreign investment from gulf and MiddleEast.HBL,UBL,MCB,NBP etc. are very very safe, secure and financially stable.

Pakistan is the country which was obtained on the name is Islam.And unfortunately Government of Pakistan and Pakisani banks (HBL,UBL,MCB,NBP,State Bank) are the highest Sood/Interest payers of the world.Interest rates in Pakistan are (upto 15.0% per year) whereas US/UK pays 0.10% interest(Sood) per year.
