if you have interest in programming, go for it . i would suggest you to do at least one job before going
to Masters. But, CS is far better than telecom if you have skills in it.

I wont recommend you to buy this Azad visa and go to UAE for job search. The job situation is not at all very promising overthere specially in telecom sector. Just gain some experience here in Pakistan and InshAllah after few years any company will sponsor you.
