A large amount of data has been generated under BISP. This data can be a source of significant social change. Current government should make this data available to public. We can hold open debate and competitions for innovative programs based on this data. What is in it for the government? General elections are around the corner. Ideas generated based upon this data can be a huge source of positive election campaigns. Does anyone have ears of PPP decision makers? Please put this idea across. I had opportunity to work with Qamar Zaman Kaira as CEO National ICT R&D Fund and found him to be a very positive and proactive politician and decision maker. Isn't he the Information Minister these days? Can we get ears of similar positive leaders in PPP?
