Labor and technician Azaad visa will cost approx Rs. 6 Lakh therefore I suppose the cost of Engineering or electrical engineering visa will be over Rs. 10 lakh.

if you purchase azad visa does not matter either visa is engineer or technician. matter is visa provide you family status or not?

As per my knowledge, Engineer visa is not too expansive. may be less than 6 lac
 
I suggest that please focus on family visa.

Profession on visa matters a lot if you have labor or technician profession listed on visa then u can never sponsor family.
