you didn't mention that either u r using ICS or any other. for ICS share your Broadband Lan card. and also assign ur server IP as a router IP during configuring DHCP.

Server Side
1.       I installed Win 2008 r2 Enterprise Edition on VMware and
configured DNS and DHCP.
2.       Scope for DHCP server is (192.168.1.101 to
192.168.1.105)
3.       DNS server is 192.168.1.99
4.       DHCP Server: 192.168.1.99
5.       Domain name: home.com
 
Client Side
1.       I installed Win Xp in VmWare.
2.       Joined the domain (home.com)
3.       IP is assigned through DHCP server.
4.       Following is the command output using ipconfig/all:
IP:  192.168.1.101 (from address pool of DHCP
server)
Default Gateway: NIL
DHCP server : 192.168.1.99
DNS Server: 192.168.1.99
BUT Internet is NOT connected
on client side. And CONNECTED on Server Side

It requires little understanding of how you want client to connect internet. You might want through any of below mentioned methods,

Add Default Gateway,
 You can configure the default gateway/default route on the client machine using the command "route add 0.0.0.0 mask 0.0.0.0 GATEWAY_ADDRESS"

Use Proxy Server.
 You can install and run proxy server on the server machine connected to internet and configure the client machine accordingly. In this way client would access Internet through the server example is CCProxy software.

Dear  ,

This error shows that you did not assign gateway IP in DHCP server, please check configuration of DHCP server once again. I think you did not give the address of Default gateway in DHCP server.

As Salamo Alikum,

You have to configure Forwarder in your local DNS (ISP DNS Server IP) and also Configure Gateway in your DHCP.
