You should have an idea about that no telecom operator/vendor offer internships nowadays. 90% students after graduation tend to sit at home and apply for plenty of months to get into telecom field, but no one gets in, without reference, without experience of equipment. The other thing this Field operation Internship has nothing to do with female candidates. We are human beings and wants our pakistani youngsters to get into telecom field some how. Everybody has the right to share his/her experience on this group for the
sake of interest of our Juniors.
I have experienced it many times, in which HR of Multinationals have
instructed Hiring Managers clearly not to collect CVs on their personal
email addresses. And I also live in this practical world in which I have
seen many Employees making illegal use of their Company name and exploiting
the needy people. Many Frauds have also been reported in this regard.
Secondly it also doesn't look professional to collect CV on childish email
addresses like "Cool_guy@...." or "NiceLady@....." or address with phrases
like 007 or James Bond in it.
So I just expressed my concern on this group in reply to email by "snaki_nu "
in which he asked to consult the official website, I just agreed with him
and added my opinion. We should respect each others opinions. I didn't
point out fingers to anybody in particular in my last mail.

Can you please share any Moderation Policy, if we have for this group.
Is the quality of material posted on this group being monitored by anybody
or everybody has the right to post anything on this group?
As I observed that the fresh Graduates or Undergraduates follow this group

Please dont think of going to Afghanistan if you dont know the language, You will have to live in compound if its indoor(noc) job and if its field I will say a big NO to you. Because you are working in a TV channel and the maximum you have hurt your self is in DSNG. And you will not like rough and tough situation across border.
And Again LANGUAGE is a must for field job.
If you want to go brother, 3000$/month is the salary to ask for.
