All previous opinions are respected. The said issue is the result of weak HR culture in Pakistan. In many companies hiring goes without following a proper HR procedure and HR has no influence on either the selection or necessary training of their employees. In fact they are just reduced to certain clerical works and nothing much.
Not all advertisements through personal emails are fraud. Those who use personal emails should at least give sufficient details about themselves and the organization so that we may apply with trust.

Totally agreee with Mr. Umair. Companies have their own domains and for hiring HR will ask for CVs on the email address privided by the company.I have even seen people asking for copies of documents not to mention of CVs.In my experience anyone asking for CVs on a personal email address it totally fraud. Everybody has the right to share his/her experience on this group for the sake of interest of our Juniors.
I have experienced it many times, in which HR of Multinationals have instructed Hiring Managers clearly not to collect CVs on their personal email addresses. And I also live in this practical world in which I have seen many Employees making illegal use of their Company name and exploiting the needy people. Many Frauds have also been reported in this regard. Secondly it also doesn't look professional to collect CV on childish email addresses like "Cool_guy@
So I just expressed my concern on this group in reply to email by "snaki_
Dear Moderators, Can you please share any Moderation Policy, if we have for this group.
Is the quality of material posted on this group being monitored by anybody or everybody has the right to post anything on this group?As I observed that the fresh Graduates or Undergraduates follow this group in large number, so as their seniors I feel it is our responsibility to make sure about the quality of information which is floated to them.

Dear Umar Bin Tariq,You are a single person who's talking about official email address or what eva. You should have an idea about that no telecom operator/vendor offer internships nowadays. 90% students after graduation tend to sit at home and apply for plenty of months to get into telecom field, but no one gets in, without reference, without experience of equipment. The other thing this Field operation Internship has nothing to do with female candidates. We are human beings and wants our pakistani youngsters to get into telecom field some how. Snaki_nu is me, Umair Majeed. I am Assistant Manager Tx Ops at PTCL. I was also hired via PTCL official website when i was fresh graduate. Companies like Mobilink, Telenor, PTCL have their official website to get ppl hired even the internees; PTCL paid internees for the year 2012 is just an example.

And if you are not mobilink employee, which i am sure you are not as your mobile number and email suggest, do mention the name of Subcon or any training institute you are a part of.
I directly manage experienced engineers, technical officer, engineering supervisors, technicians etc and Transmission Stations but even i don't hire any internee as there is HR dept for the job.

a) Find u (x ) analytically such that the equation and the boundary conditions are satisfied.
b) Use a computer program of your choice to plot the function u (x ) in the interval [0; 1].
c) Discretize the second order derivative @ 2
@ x 2 u (x ) using the finite difference scheme.
d) Express the discretized boundary value problem as a system of linear equations Au = f
for the given 1-D grid. What is the dimension of the system?
e) Solve the system of equations Au = f by hand on paper.
f) Write a computer programm in the language of your choice which solves Au = f .
Compare the result with your calculation by hand.
g) Plot the solution obtained by solving Au = f in the coordinate system where the
analytical solution is already plotted. What do you observe?
