Basically hardware resources (Hard disk, processor, memory etc) are shared by processes (small part of large program). Sometimes a situation occurs when two processes require a hardware resource say Processor at the same time (difference of zero seconds) then operating system is confused that which process should be allocated the resource first. In this situation a blockage is occur and known as dead lock.

A deadlock is a situation in which two or more competing
actions are each waiting for the other to finish, and thus neither ever does.
In
an operating system, a deadlock is a situation which occurs when a process
enters a waiting state because a resource requested by it
is being held by another waiting process, which in turn is waiting for another
resource. If a process is unable to change its state indefinitely because the
resources requested by it are being used by other waiting process, then the
system is said to be in a deadlock.
Deadlock is a common problem in multiprocessing systems, parallel
computing and distributed systems, where software and hardware locks are
used to handle shared resources and implement process synchronization.

Example:

DC watts and AC current on available DC Load 7 A (foe Example) 48V DC

DC Formula: p=VI    ;   7x48 = 336 W

How much take AC current

AC Single phase Formula: I= P/(V/Cos angle) ; 336/(220/0.8) = 1.22 A
AC three Phase Formula: I= 1.22/3 = 0.40 A

(Note: 0.8 is a power factor; Normal AC @50Hz rms value is 220 for Peak value =220*1.4)

Moreover AC watts= DC watts ; use to check answers...remember the use of 0.8 factor while calculating and comparing wattages .

As I have seen on some sites when we are giving hard reset to bts some time the signals are coming from the same site like dummy but no any connectivity happen but the time is not more then one minute

May b different policy in your country, there is no restriction but in pakistan there is restriction .
My friend scheduled the exam earlier but he didn't appear in exam at that time due to above mention reason.
and he appear after Huawei approval . :)
