For Freshers i will advice to get some good training for IT Orace DB or Linux/Solaris and CCNA etc , push yourself into some company in form of entry level job or internship, voluteerly work  and work hard, hard workers are always wanted in organizations.

to hit series of Jobs plz concentrate on CISCO track, that would be more suitable for u if ur a fresh guy.

This certification has limited scope and it is not a public certification.

As per my knowledge approval is required from huawei and as i mention it before that this exam is for those who take training from Huawei learning partner (UET) or huawei employ or huawei partner.
