Can we imagine $10 expense per year per student for higher education with a quality matching MIT, Harvard etc? Looks optimististic,because the technolgoy has removed the barriers and digital devide.
Yes Govt Fundings are required for Education, Educational Institutions need to be established and quality shall be maintain, Yet the "individual Social Enterprenuerers" will play a big role in shapping the future of the nations in years to come.
