We have a few very strong under currents in our soci-economic system. If Dawn's figures are correct, over 17m Pakistanis have gone abroad illegally since'09, which would mean that roughly 9% of the population left the country in 3 years. In other words even if our population is growing at 3% by birth rate, it is effectively constant. We need to think very seriously about this phenomena. It has signification negative as well as positive impact on the society. We should try to minimize the negative and leverage positive impacts of this phenomena.

For now let us focus on the positives:
- Extreme propensity to take risk to support family. You could read negatively as well: no opportunities for youth in local economy.
- Very significant demand for workers abroad. I read on Internet that in Japan number of diapers sold for seniors is larger than number of diapers sold for newborns.
How can we make sure that:
- That these workers are protected as they live abroad
- They have appropriate skills training.
I am sorry about the mess in formatting.
