It seems I not only suffer from CRS but it looks like I also suffer from CSS. I look right at the modem instead of seeing HN7000S I somehow saw DW7000S. Anyway it is a HN7000S modem and the sig quality is 53 and the sig strength is 671. I cannot find what transponder it says unless 1070 frequency is the value you want. The sat is 117W.

Yes, 1070 is the transponder. Now a question is: Do the controller and modem agree? In other words, is 1070 what you see in the modem, and 1070 what you see in the controller configuration?
53 sounds a bit low to me, but that is impossible to know for sure as it is variable by transponder and location (the 671 is not a number that means anything). If you have my DSAdmin tool I would recommend that you try moving azimuth and elevation each 1/2 degree in each direction and see if you can drive it higher.
