Hello all,
If you are a resident of one of six GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman,
Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE), you can obtain a visa-on-arrival to any of the
other GCC countries once you land at your destination airport. Saudi Arabia
does not offer visa-on-arrival per my knowledge and Kuwait has banned all
types of visas for Pakistanis for some time now, so these two countries are
an exception.
But to be eligible for visa on arrival some conditions must be met:
1) You profession as listed on the residence permit on your passport should
be one of the eligible professions. If your profession is Engineer you are
eligible, no questions asked. Several other professions are also eligible.
2) Your passport should be valid for at least six more months.
3) Your residence should be valid for at least six more months.
4) For Dubai they also check that you should not already have travelled to
Dubai in the last one month; I am not sure if it is also checked for other
GCC destinations.
I would advise to always check the current rules with your airline
especially if you are travelling for the first time.

Reporting to: Managed Service Delivery Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
· Onsite support of servers 24*7
· Troubleshooting and Maintenance for servers (Huawei) and switch (Huawei and Cisco) including addressing cause of alarms or server issues, resolving server issues by analyzing failure records and server logs, manual testing of server performance, etc
· Escalate issues to tier 2 engineer when nessesary
· Meeting SLA and customer satisfaction targets, perform regular tasks and refer relational report to ensure servers perform within the agreed service levels
Professional Related Working Experience
· At least 2 years related work experience in IT infrastructure support
· Hands on experience in IBM, HP, Cisco or Huawei equipment based on IPMI v2.0 (e.g. IBM x3650 M4, HP DL380e Gen8, Cisco C240 M3,DELL R720 etc)
· Troubleshooting, administration or installation experience of LINUX, SUSE or RedHat
· Knowledge of Networking Technologies such as BGP, MPLS and L2/L3 VPN, IS-IS, OSPF, L2TP, PPPoX, Radius, DHCP, ATM, Firewall and Security etc
· Telecom company experience（Preferred）
Qualification Requirements
· Education: 4 years university degree in Computer Science.
· Language Skills: English，Arabic(Optional)
· Interest in new product, good working attitude, good cooperation attitude.

· Preferably local candidates with Transferable Iqama but we will accept application form overseas
· Candidate must be immediately available
· Experienced & Certified Professionals will be preferred.
