1. For job description, please visit the university website (

2. The eligible candidates already applied against October/November
2010 advertisements need not submit their applications again.

3. Candidates for the posts of Professor and Associate Professor are
required to submit four sets of reprints of research publications along
with prescribed application forms.

4. Candidates are required to submit attested copies of their degrees,
result cards, transcripts & certificates along with prescribed application
forms in person or send by mail to the Registrar, Mirpur University of
Science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur AJ&K.

5. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate
application forms for each post with required documents completed in all
respects.

6. Candidate may obtain application forms from the HBL Main Bazar
Branch Mirpur AJ&K on bank Challan of Rs.1000/-(BPS-20 and above), Rs. 500
(BPS-17 to BPS-19) and Rs. 200 (BPS-1 to BPS-16).

7. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel by the due
date otherwise their applications will not be entertained. Age limit shall
not be applicable for in service applicants.

8. As per HEC policy the services as a teacher in High Schools/ Embassy
Schools/ Degree Colleges/ Cadet Colleges will not be counted as experience
for appointment to a teaching post in the University.

9. During the course of selection, available posts will be taken into
consideration. Preference will be given to AJK nationals. The University
reserves the rights of cancellation of advertised posts partially or
totally and also increase or decrease the number of posts without assigning
any reason.

10. Application forms including attested copies of all certificates should
reach the office of the Registrar, Mirpur University of Science and
Technology (MUST), Sector D/3 East, Mirpur, Azad Kashmir on or before *21
November, 2011. *Incomplete/applications received after the due date shall
not be entertained.
