Hello,

I am urgently looking for CS Core Engineer in Islamabad with Nokia Rel-4 Experience (2-3 years).

Responsibilities:

1.Provide Level-2 support to NOC surveillance and Regional NSS teams for issue resolution.
2.Diagnose technical problem using logical analysis techniques for troubleshooting of faults and alarms appearing in different nodes.
3.Communicating with other departmental teams for Work Order execution and Trouble Ticket resolution.
4.Consultations with vendor for queries and solutions. Providing relevant logs and monitoring / symptoms to vendor.
5.Feedback and co-ordination with Core Network Planning & Optimization teams.
6.Share technical information and provide competence transfer.
7.Handling Service Desk Trouble tickets and resolving dial ability issues.
8.Co-ordination with other mobile and PSTN operators for definition and shifting of live interconnects and SMS traffic.
9.NetAct OSS 5.2 for reporting Suite & Configurations.
10.Plan & execute network expansion activities. Pilot and then subsequent SW upgrades such as installation and test of technical/change notes, License loading/activation in MGW for upgrade of capacity, Change Deliveries (CD) implementation ESA/ESB upgrades for Nokia R4 MSS/MGW, NEMU upgrade of MGW.
