2.Diagnose technical problem using logical analysis techniques for troubleshooting of faults and alarms appearing in different nodes.
3.Communicating with other departmental teams for Work Order execution and Trouble Ticket resolution.

5.Feedback and co-ordination with Core Network Planning & Optimization teams.

Im facing a strange problem.every thursday arnd 11am 5 riyals are auto deducted.i once subscribed to ringtones from a website.ive sent unsubscribe info to sam website and sms short code but nothing.any help?

Ws,
Request operator to remove this service, by a call or a visit. When they
say its done then keep checking for few next times.
I had stc, I quit because these operator dummies wasted my so much time and
money, every time they said its done or provide these sms number etc and
just waste my time. ......... I had to quit because of these dummies.
