Job Description:
Gladiator-Innovations looking for Senior-level RF and RF network performance optimization engineers to work in GI office in Melbourne, Florida, USA.
Candidates are required to be either residents or citizens of the United States!
Short description of openings;
- (SRF level): Research of new features, writing technical specifications, high-end support and implementation of our Drive Testing and OSS solutions, technical lead of key trials
- (RF level): Remote or on-site integration of our Drive Testing and OSS solutions, customer and internal training, technical support
Short description of requirements;
- work from GI office in Melbourne, Florida, USA
- around 33% of traveling possible (national and international)
- Experience with 2G/3G OSS and other performance monitoring systems, expert understanding of KPI/KQI, network optimization and SLA definitions and management
- Experience in one or more vendor OSS equipment and solution such as Ericsson, NSN, Alu, and Huawei
- Understanding of Drive Testing process, data post-processing, interpretation of L3 messages. High-level experience with at least 2 DT post-processing tools.
Additional requirements;
- Scripting and coding experience is big plus
- residency and USA citizenship are big plus
- Experience with delivering technical training is plus
- Project management experience and certificates is plus
