| · Acquire a full understanding of the project schedule and project deliverables for assigned area the LTE · Rollout Project. · Verify the detailed Project Plan meets the client's objectives. · Manage Vendor's delivery of the Project Schedule services. · Control quality and quantity of work performed, guide the team. · Monitor and control risk and project dependencies. · Set objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the project scope and Client's requirements. · Verify that satisfactory project procedures are established to direct all project work in order to maintain timely execution and quality of work. · Monitor project progress and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met. · Coordinate project activities with all involved departments and sections departments to ensure well-ordered, end-to-end execution of all project tasks. |
