SUBJECT: INVITATION FOR UET TECHNO FEST’12
Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science (KICS), University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore is in the process of organizing the student competition festival called Techno-Fest’12 from 16–18 April, 2012 endorsed by IEEE Computer Society Lahore Section. The Techno-Fest’12 is second in series and organized by KICS in collaboration with five major student societies of UET i.e. IEEE, IET and EC from Electrical Engineering Department; ACM from Computer Science Department, and ASME from Mechanical Engineering Department. The event has been sponsored by local industry.
The event is consisting of various technical and non-technical competitions in the field of Computer Science, Computer & Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Business Administration. Students from a number of well renowned universities of Pakistan are participating. The TechnoFest’12 is providing maximum opportunities for the Talented Youth of Pakistan to compete in a healthy, creative and innovative environment. The event includes Industrial Stalls from local, national and multi-national companies, student awareness sessions and technical competitions. Universities from all over Pakistan are invited.
We cordially invite you to attend the above said events and encourage your students, faculty/staff members to take full advantage of this unique opportunity by participating and contributing.
