Summer Internship Programme 2012 is jointly launched by Pakistan's largest network Human Resource Development Network (HRDN) & Institute of Rural Management (IRM) to the highly motivated students from colleges & universities allacross Pakistan. Under this programme students will be attached to professional working environment for six weeks in Partner organizations of HRDN where they will be hosted and receive valuable hands on experience in the field of development. It is a uniquelearning experience as it allows students to acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical field experience in researchduring their attachment in host organizations in their respective areas.SIP provides an independent research experience under the direct mentoring of the established experts.

age limit of 26. Students must possess excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
