Two post-doctoral positions (for a period of 12-18 months) are available at
the School of Computer Engineering in NTU Singapore.
The candidate should have strong background in either
(i) distributed systems and security or (ii) any of information retrieval/social network analysis/data mining.

NTU Singapore in general, and also SANDS research group has a very
international/cosmopolitan environment, and has strong international collaborations
with academia (particularly in Europe) as well as industry.
Singapore prides itself to be on the silk-way of Asia's knowledge economy, and is
also well situated and connected. The quality of living is very high, while the cost
of living compared to developed countries is relatively low, and a very competitive
(and somewhat negotiable) compensation package is offered.
The candidate should be available to join latest by August 2012. Thus only candidates who have already graduated, or will graduated before June 2012 should appply.
