Dear All,
Why Nayatel or any other Telecomcompany?
* At least 1 year contract(In some cases 15-18 months contract) with penalty.
* Only 20,000 PKR salary, remember that no minimum annual increment.
* No other commitmentduring job i.e further study or another job etc.
Arguments to above.
* Why a time period contract, if a company offers good salary, service structure and benefits one never leaves for 2K or 5K.
* The salary offered is ......, even one can earn more than this by doing any other job.
* with 20,000 PKR and with 16 years of education, it compels anyone to look here and there for any other opportunity.
This is the real picture now in Pakistan.
Nowadays, managers are only busy for making difficult contracts for their fresh employees(even they don't have even exercise any of them in their entire life and their history is full of job switching) just copying the contracts of developed countries and exercising them in Pakistan.
I trust that above is true picture and there is no need to complain which we have to face on every step of life.

I know you all are right and don't be hopeless because not only you people are rejected but my whole batch , 08Telecom MUET, is rejected. Non of my friend have been short listed for the test.
I have contacted one employ of PTCL, he said that if PTCL rejected the candidate of Hyd and shortlist the candidate of only Khi so they may arrange the test in Mehran UET and short list the top graduates of Hyd He was also not sure for it but he share his thought.
One more thing, Dear Fahad, NTS is just responsible for taking the test. It has nothing to do with the students. The source,PTCL, send it the list of candidates and accordingly they call only those candidates.
Let's see what happen next :p

Salaam! Bro asad this is fact every one knows no merit in PTCL or in public sector org, no need explanation. Keep patience with you .Allah like those who has patience. Offer Tahajud silently and wait for help of Allah which is always near to his people. Some may get jobs very earlier after passing out from univ and some get job after little time. Allah ne rizq ka wada kia hai so don't worry.

I have graduated in Electrical ( Telecom) Engineering in 2011. I have applied NTS test for One year PTCL internship program and already fulfilled all requirements, then why my name hasn't been selected for the test? I mean i am not in the selected candidates list according to NTS website.
Any one have anything to point out why this happens, then please let me know. Thanks in advance for your replies.

And I am trying since last 4 days to contact nts so their all numbers are always busy and there inbox of email address is also full so emails also cannot deliver... Feeling so dissappointed and tensed from Pakistan now.. Bcz only safarish works.. Ap ka CGPA and hard work is not working here in Pakistan any more..
