Slaam All, I am using a cable net at my home to connect to the internet which means I have just a cat5e cable entering in to my home. The problem with cable net providers is that they register the MAC address of your machine in there database to give access to internet which means you can only use that specific machine to use the internet. What if I want to attach a wireless router to the end of it b'coz I want to use couple of pc's and other w/less devices. Anyone can help me out how to do that?Does MAC Address CLoning Option in some routers work in cable net?Suggestions and Comments required please.
Thank you,Bilal
