Try to find the companies with your potential jobs. Go to their offices, meet with the HR people and submit your CV by your self.
Meeting with the people will help you a lot.
Go to the Internet CIty in Dubai and submit your CV by HAND.
I know going to the places and meeting with people you dont know and asking them for job is awkward for most of the people. But it will boost your confidence a lot and definitely you will get a job.
Sitting in the room emailing the CV and follow up on telephone wont do any good.
