At least 200-500 people come to UAE on visit visa everyday to do such job hunting.UAE have open door visit visa policy for everybody.Keeping in mind such open door policy unlesss (the candidate) have something extra ordinary (skills) to sell or strong reference please dont think about going to UAE.

People are coming to UAE (on visit visa to find work) from India,Bangladesh,Sri-Lanka,Phillipines,Pakistan,Nepal,Egypt,Morocco etc. etc.Anyways most probably (at the end of visit visa) as it happens, this candidate have to return to Pakistan. He is going to try for KSA Azaad Visa (from Pakistan) which is not as piece of cake as UAE visit visa.
