Dear,
Hope so you will be fine, In order to fast way of attestation the
best procedure is to by hand attestation which takes one or two days,
If you have send your document by OCS then its takes around 1Week,
So, its up to you for your connivance which way you have to adopt,

For by hand attestation you have to reached at HEC office early in the
morning otherwise you may face some issue regarding the timing or number of
candidates limitation.

If you go yourself or send someone on your behalf with authority letter to HEC, Islamabad then it takes only one day. I mean on the same day you will be handed over documents. But make sure you go there very early at about 8 am and you will get back your documents at 1 pm.

nationwide while FedEx for internationally. I just recently got attested my

JOB DESCRIPTION
 
- OCS CBE shall report directly to the Huawei’s Project Manager
- OCS CBE shall work closely with the Huawei’s project team on issues related to the project, and shall, when required, assist project members in meetings with the Client/Customer on contractor.
- OCS CBE shall propose and assist the Huawei’s project team in establishing systems and procedures/processes to monitor Huawei’s Client/Customer including subcontractor’s activities during the implementation stage and prevent the cause for delays involving additional costs, introduction of variation orders (VO) etc.
-OCS CBE shall similarly propose and assist the Huawei project team in setting up projects control systems and processes, not limited to project organization and responsibility, the system of schedule control, cost control, quality control, documentation control , change order control, the procedure for running project business with Client and Subcontractors, to monitor Huawei’s own activities to avoid claims against Huawei.
-The project language is English. All documents and reports prepared by the OCS CBE shall be in English.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly report(include system KPI, performance, capacity, issue list, pre-warning)
- Alarm Analysis Processing, Provide improvement suggestions according to distribution of TOP alarms.
- Emergency Processing, When a critical fault occurs, recover the service. During the recovery, refer to the emergency plan of the product. Deliver an analysis report of a critical fault to the customer after the fault is troubleshot.
- Device Load Evaluation Before Public Holidays and monitor the system onsite. For over-loaded, provide expansion plans and suggestions in advance.
- Pre-Warning Inspection; Learn the pre-warning notice about the product and share important issue information monthly. Implement relevant pre-warning operations according to actual conditions of the existing network.
 
Deliverables and tasks of the OCS CBE:
- OCS CBS shall finish all customization tasks according to the contract with Huawei’s client, and also including providing relevant consultant on Huawei OCS system.
- OCS CBE shall prepare master schedule and change control plan and update regularly.
- OCS CBE shall review daily report on site progress issues, cost and potential risks, and provide weekly and monthly status reports to senior management on the overall project rollout.
- OCS CBE shall deal with unforeseen coordination problems that may arise.
- For some simple requirement, OCS CBE should test on test-bed or connect R&D for help.
- OCS CBE shall apply JR and RFC for any network changes.

 Required Knowledge and skill:
1.       3 years or above Huawei OCS Maintenance/Engineering  experience
2.       Well Known on Huawei OCS system
3.       3 years or above telecommunication software industry experience
4.       Good business analyze ability on telecommunication software industry
5.       Fluently English
6.       Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly ,Excellent analytic skills
7.       Database, Linux(AIX,HP,SUSE) knowledge

Germany; Bangalore, India; and Wroclaw, Poland. Until the agreement closes,

number of broader customer contracts that include elements of BSS for GSM-R

Redknee expects to finance the transaction through a combination of cash on
its balance sheet and debt facilities. Such debt facilities are subject to
conditions and will be entered into on, and subject to, closing of the
acquisition. The total consideration paid by Redknee for the BSS business
will include 15 million euros in cash at closing, plus a maximum of 25
million euros for certain performance-based cash earn-outs expected to be
