Looking to fill some positions in KHI, LHE or ISB for a new exciting non-profit venture in Pakistan that could become regional - if not global - role model in 3-5 years timeframe:
a) Programme Manager,
b) Events and Social Media Coordinator, and
c) Industry Liaison and Partnerships Coordinator
I'd appreciate if you could share with your friends and colleagues who might be interested. Start Q1 next year.
a) Programme Manager (ISB/KHI) - A fresh PhD (preferably foreign university) or a Masters in Technology / Innovation / Management / Social Sciences / or Policy with 5-7 years experience. Excellent Communicator who is able to command the stage and establish relationships with senior business and university leaders. Demonstrable managment skills to manage a large national programme. Prior experience with commercialisation of technology or innovation will be an added plus. A first degree in science or technology will be preferred. However, the ability and willingness to quickly learn will be critical. Self-starter, highly motivated, and with a can-do attitude. The position has excellent potential to grow professionally towards senior manager, director, and above roles in an novel, exciting, and rapidly growing area of endeavor. The person will be managing an innovative national initiative and will require extensive domestic travel. Opportunities for regional / international travel may also be required.
b) Coordinator - Industrial Liaison and Partnerships (KHI/ISB/LHE) - A fresh MBA / MPA / MS (2-3 years experience) with for a University / Industry Liaison role. Strong interpersonal skills and must have demonstrated experience of managing business relationships. Excellent Communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. An understanding or interest in technology and innovation will be an added plus. However, an ability to quickly learn is a must. Based on performance, the position has excellent potential to grow professionally towards manager, senior manager, and director, roles in a novel, exciting, and rapidly growing area of endeavor.
c) Coordinator - Events and Social Media (KHI/ISB/LHE) - A fresh MBA / MA (2-3 years experience) with strong event management, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Website, Blog etc.), interpersonal skills and experience. Demonstrated experience - at a university or professional level - of managing managing high class events is critical. Fundraising experience would be an additional plus. Excellent Communicator with a pleasant personality. An understanding or interest in technology and innovation will be an added plus. However, an ability to quickly learn is a must. Based on performance, the position has a potential to grow professionally towards manager, senior manager, and director roles in a novel, exciting, and rapidly growing area of endeavor.
