Front office Engineer Data in Saudi Arabia

Manning Global Group is currently looking for a number of Front office
Engineer for a contract position for one of our international clients in the
Telecommunication area, based in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
·Quality of the network monitoring work
·24x7x365 shift allocation and shift schedule.
·Analyzing the faults and report them in proper escalation pat
·Reporting to Customers and NSN.
·Cooperate with H&Q to gather traffic statistics from our network,
investigate and solve the network problem.
·Data communication configuration when needed
·OMC system maintenance and repair,
·Network monitoring work,
·Help-desk working to Customers, such as receiving complain, replying to
questions, distributing problems, problem tracing.
·Administration for NE40EX3, NE40EX8, NE40E for NSN data communication
product and Cisco routers.
·Monitoring OMC link with different regions and follow up with router or
switch to solve any disconnection.
·Monitoring and configuring Routers related to OMC.
·Technical Support to workstations in NOC.
·Finish the task have delivered from the Surveillance Team Leader and team
leader.

Requirements:

·At least 2 year related work experience in telecom network operation and
maintenance.
·At least 2 year Data engineering experience for NSN and/or Cisco IPBB.
·Experience with operator O&M dept or other MS organizations is a plus

Hi,

The test for Managment Trainee for PTCL is on 2nd October and will be
conducted by NTS. Candidates can see their names and test centers on
the nts website.
Does anybody have idea what subjects will cover or what type of
questions may be asked at the test???
