Advice me  what should i do in feature ,I have some plans to get CISA  as i dont want to perform 24x7 shift based jobs(If i done CCNP Security)in upcoming months

Telecom market is at bottle neck specially in Pakistan and there is not much investment in this sector from Multinational companies so its not much easier to find Job in Telecom sector.
 
Pray from ALLAH and then search ,hopely you will find soon. Keep busy into networking and start CCNP...
 
Freshers in last semester also explore options like Power Engineering etc however if still want to stick with Telecom than you have to be persistence and search job without loosing temper.

It is all depends on your luck,You just put more and more efforts on Regular basis.
I am CCNA(R&S) and CCNA(Security) certified and having two years of working experience in an ISP,I have left the job but from some time i did not got any job(Network/System Support or any other)..It is simply depends on your Luck and REFERENCE........The stronger Reference(Bari PARCHI/BARI GUGAAR), the more you got(I think )

For Freshers i will advice to get some good training for IT Orace DB or Linux/Solaris and CCNA etc , push yourself into some company in form of entry level job or internship, voluteerly work  and work hard, hard workers are always wanted in organizations.

To maintain and enhance all transmission (TXN) systems in coordination with
managed services (MS) vendors to provide high availability of transmission

· Management and coordination with MS teams for delivery of TXN
network availability as per KPIs. Coordinate with MO department to ensure
that all faults related to the SDH, DWDM and associated links are monitored
rigorously, handled immediately and rectified in the shortest possible time.

technical evaluation and planning of the transmission projects: such as RFP
preparation, contract evaluation, introduction of new services and manage
their testing and implementation while coordinating externally with

· Keeping an eye on MS activities and their effectiveness and
application, for efficient network operations, Random site and TXN link
audits. Monitoring of BER testing. TX/ RX tests, path profiles testing etc.
in order to achieve minimum downtime and efficient Network. Regulate
standard operating procedure employed by vendor

· Database management for various network nodes (DWDM/ SDH/
Repeater etc) related to transmission for speedy resolutions

· Maintain the equipment spares inventory related to transmission
equipment. Also ensure that a stock of critical spares is maintained at
strategic locations

· Reports generation and follow ups: Weekly collection and monthly
formulation of various network performance indicators like Down Time,
Repetitive Alarms, Routine Checks etc. Forward the weekly report of KPI
rate of achievement to the higher management

· Develop own technical competence of the related platforms through
self study/ trainings and completing special tasks assigned by the line
management. Also impart knowledge to colleagues through presentations/
discussions organized from time to time

· Keep abreast of the O&M procedures covering Transmission
platforms and suggest ways for their improvement to the line management.
Also guide and assist other team members in performing their tasks to
enhance the overall team performance
