(Ulsan University School of Medicine)

Aasn Medical Center (AMC in Seoul) is one of the largest hospitals in Korea. We are searching for highly motivated, intelligent personnel for a newly starting lab, laboratory of cancer genomics. Due to the rapid development of next generation sequencing technique, significant amount of cancer genomics data is being accumulated and active analysis as well as functional study from these data is being followed. Our lab is interested in microRNA regulation and function (target search) primarily in, but not limited to, the breast cancer. Also the epigenetic role of BRCA1 will be studied.

The mouse model and human sample analysis will be followed up to find the clinical relevance and development of therapeutic regime.

The applicant is expected to perform projects related to the main topic described above and manage the lab as a lab manager.
