At ICT R&D Funded Project at KICS
There are a few job openings for experienced smart-phone (Android, iOS, and Windows Phone) applications and games developers and trainers at Al-Khawarizmi institute of computer science, UET Lahore for ICT R & D funded project. Each job specification includes the required experiences. However, in exceptional cases, individuals with lower experience may also be considered.
Project Title:
Mobile Application Technologies and Entrepreneurship
Following are job requirements:
Trainer Mobile Applications Development (1 position-full time)
-BS Computer science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering (16 years of education)
-Excellent programming skills.
-Good communication skills.
-At least 4 years of total experience with at least one year of teaching/training experience and at least two years of experience in the domain of mobile applications development.
Trainer Mobile Games Development (1position-full time)
-BS Computer science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering (16 years of education)
-Excellent programming skills.
-Good communication skills.
-At least 4 years of total experience with at least one year of teaching/training experience and at least two years of experience in the domain of mobile games development.
-Preference will be given to those who have firsthand experience in story boarding, character development, 2D/3D graphics and animation.
Trainer Entrepreneurship (1 position-full time)
-Masters degree in business administration or equivalent (18 years of education)
-Excellent communication skills.
-At least 4 years of total experience with at least one year of teaching/training experience and at least two years of experience in publishing and commercialization of mobile applications/games or other software.
-Familiar with complete lifecycle of mobile applications and games development.
Computer Lab Administrator (1 position-full time)
-BS Computer science/IT/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
-Good communication skills.
-At least 2 years of experience of maintaining the lab equipment and supplies, and managing the network.
-Experience of MS Word and Excel.
Consultant for Mobile Applications Development (1 position-part time)
-BS Computer science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering (16 years of education)
-Excellent programming skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-At least 5 years of total experience in software development with at least two years of technical management experience and at least 2 years of experience in mobile application development.
-Teaching/training experience (Part-time teaching experience is fine as well)
-Well-informed about the latest mobile applications development tools & technologies.
Consultant for Mobile Games Development (1 position- part time)
-BS Computer science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering (16 years of education)
-Excellent programming skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-At least 5 years of total experience in software development with at least two years of technical management experience and at least 2 years of experience in mobile games development.
