Ws. I totally agree with Wisal Sami. but here is a problem Tax on teachers means teacher will demand more pays, So this is tax on education institutes, and the institutes will not definitely pay tax with their own money, in result Fees will increase exponentially, SO what we will get here ,a lot more financial pressure on students and parents.
Every one should be part of country, and no one should be exempted from tax, if we say we love Pakistan.... Yes the pays of teachers should be higher than other occupation so that good people join this profession, i am not talking here about professors of course, i am talking about teachers of schools and colleges.
The all problem lies on writ of the government that how strictly government observes the fee structures of institutions. There is no effective monitoring body for educational institutes. The thing is for now in Pakistan ,every powerful institute is villain, who is not answerable to anyone.
i have done engineering 5 years ago. and I have done engineering from govt. sector university in evening program in Two lac per four years...(although morning program has only 50 seats on open merit which I think is brutal and unjust to people of Pakistan, that at least 100 seats should be on open merit in govt universities... anyhow this is other debate) now a days I am finding admissions for my little brother, and I was shocked to know that average per semester fee is One lac PKR (which is 300% increase in just 5 years). which most of the time didn't meet with the quality of education....

I don't agree with any of one of you. Tax is very important. You guys are getting bigger pays, so what will happen if you pay a little amount of it as tax.
If every department start saying that they should be exempted, then how will you run this country. (By getting more loans, No way)
