Well thanks again to all that have helped... I hit "search" a few times and go figure, i am online for the first time in months in my "live in" RV... I wish i could understand what the problem was.
I know that the modem did not have the right "location";, but how does hitting search fix that? And why when i take the modem to my travel RV does it not have and issue and just works...?

Any information would be appreciated... Thanks again for all your help.

Alex

It is entirely possible that it will work correctly most of the time, which is why I suggested just hitting search again. It is also possible that it has stopped working correctly completely. In the latter case you have two options: switch to your other controller, or manually set the position (DSSatTool).

The transfer of location from the controller, when it works, occurs immediately after you hit search.
