WOA,

One of my cousin worked in NSN Afghanistan in Kabul and lived in a company accommodation which was safer than working in interior sindh and punjab. Kabul is safe but you should have to live in company provided safe accommodation.

AOA

I have a serious query about job in Kabul, Afghanistan. Someone told me about a RF engineer job in Kabul.

I am worried about it as it might not be safe and Taliban might kidnap and kill me. My mother is also worried.

Please guide me seriously if I go there for job or reject it??

Thanks

Salam,

I worked in Kabul more than 2.5 years and also traveled by Road from Kabul to Islamabad many times, Alhamadollah never faced any issue. If your job position is based in Kabul or northern Afghanistan then you must go, but southern  Afghanistan like Kandahar, Helmand, Paktika etc are not safe to work......

Regards

Dear Ghulam Mujtaba W.Salam;

Well, I had appeared for the same test in 2009 and as I can recall, it had
three parts; technical, general knowledge and English tests. Technical test
included subjects from almost all the fields related to I.T, like software,
computer science, telecom, electronics etc. I guess all were MCQs. The
general knowledge section also had all MCQs I think. In English test, we
had to write an essay about our career plan for coming 10 years and I am
not sure if there were any other question in it.

I have tried my best to recall the information as accurate as possible, but
it has been more than 3 years now, so may be there can be any mistake. I
hope it will help you.

All the best for your test!
Cheers!
