First and foremost, SSUET has to work out their business model and project their earnings after the first year of their operations. Foremost being clearly defined the local/regional Market Size of locally designed FPGAs' and their end user requirements. Innovation has to be taken very seriously and if revenues are not generated within a year, then we have to close operations and only do LAB WORK for under/post grad students with a lessons learnt dilemma. The whole INNOVATION LIFE CYCLE has to be clearly understood before burning millions. The undersigned is available on short notice as a VOLUNTEER with only charging ACTUALS (traveling and lodging charges). Wishing you the very best in your future endeavors.
