Its fake. I also got the same offer. Below is the email that i have received.

You all are right. I got my Engineering degree in 2008, and still wondering for jobs. i have applied for jobs almost everywhere in Pakistan. I have attended and passed every test of WAPDA, including others. but after interview i dint did'nt get any responce. I am still wondering for jobs. As you people know that private sector in KPK is taking it's last breath. All the door of jobs are close for young talented people. Job are for those who have "links or mony".People like us are waiting for thier own fate.May Allah send "Ramat and Barkat" on all. Engr_Farooq Daawykhel
