it all depends upon your life style but i feel it would be just enough, regarding halal food u will have to search for it as there are very limited places there for halal food, there are a few muslim restaurants in downtown Shenzhen but dat is of around 40 min drive from Huawei HQ. huawei HQ do have a muslim restaurant dat wud cost u around 20 RMB per meal per person, however if you eat out it would cost around 50-60 RMB per meal per person.

To me Halal food and Language and a non-muslim society may be the main concerns if u can cope up with it go ahead.
