Dear All!

There is an immediate entry-level job opening in our Lahore office for
the post of McAfee Support/Resident Engineer. Full training will be
provided to the selected candidate along with
McAfee certifications. The most suitable candidate will be a fresh IT
graduate or someone with not more than 1-2 year experience.

The main responsibilities (JD) are as follows:

1.       Co-ordination
with McAfee support team worldwide
2.       Logging
and tracking of cases with McAfee for any issues that arise
3.       Backups
of SMG (Messaging Gateway) /SWG (Web Gateway)

4.       Database
maintenance for McAfee products
5.       Resolve
daily operational issues on McAfee products nationwide
6.       Assist client in any RMA (Warranty Claim Approvals)

7.       Upgrade
software and patches, if any
8.       Assist client employees in the absence of Operations team
9.       Resolve
end user issues with McAfee products in coordination with client?s Helpdesk
team
10.     Coordinate
with Information Security and Operations team if any issues arise
