Experience: 1-2 years of exp with SQL Server and .NET Framework /
Java, quality and depth of experience is more important
than actual number of years.
Position 2: Team Lead / Senior JD Software Engineer
Qualification : Preferably a Computer Engineering / Sciences Graduate or
higher
Skills: High level of competency in SQL Server (syntax; extensive
use of triggers, stored procedures; understanding of
database design and normalization, referential integrity,
and table -driven design concepts, use of permissions).
Extensive experience with development platforms.
Experience : 4 years experience in IT/Software Development
3 years of exp with SQL Server and .NET Framework / Java,
quality and depth of experience is more important than
actual number of years.
Position 3: JD Web Designer
Education / Qualifications: Preferably a Computer Engineering / Sciences Graduate or higher, with an Art, Design or Media based Degree and in
depth knowledge of current web-design trends and
techniques.
Skills: A strong online portfolio displaying customer centered
design, and ideally some experience with web database
solutions.
Ability to Hand Code with HTML Strong knowledge of
Dreamweaver, Photoshop, JavaScript and Flash.
A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in
a small team.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Experience: 2-3 years experience in Website Design & Development
