Hi ,

Check these two Tabs Must inExcel 2007 , i don't know much about if you using any previous versions of Microsoft excel .

Must see these two tabs :

Formula Tab  > Function library > Text > Concatenate function

Or  you can also try this

Data tab > Duplicate

Please find attached the excel sheet, its macro enabled and what you only need to do is paste your data in the first sheet of the excel and run the macro embedded in it and you will get the results you need.

I hope it solves your problem.
